First snow!

There's something so magical about the first snowfall!  I didn't even have snow clothes for the kids yet, but they insisted on playing in it anyway!  (Owie was wearing Ari's old boots...)
Look at these smiles!
Playing with the Pilkingtons.
Whoever he's going for had better watch out!
 Her "snow baby."
This was really Owen's first time playing in the snow and he loved it!  Playing in it AND eating it!  Now they all can't wait for us to get more!

Halloween Week

We had a busy, fun-filled Halloween week this year, starting with the kids first day of Red-Ribbon week at school.  They got to dress up as what they'd like to be like when they're older.  Bryan had a field trip to a concert that day so he just had to wear dress clothes, but he looks like he could be a little business man here, which suits him well.

Half way through the week Ari got to go to a Halloween party for our Primary class.  Sister Reynolds planned it and I just showed up to help a little so I could spend time with all the kids.  (I'm one of the teachers for Ari's CTR 4 class and I love it!)
Ari and her friend, Kaylee, who's also in her kindergarten class at school.
Wednesday night we finally got around to carving our pumpkins!
 Ari did a multi-face one...
The kids were so excited to get to wear their costumes to school on Halloween!  It was on a Friday this year, so it was perfect.  Here's our beautiful Queen Elsa!  Ari had been planning on being Elsa ever since she saw the movie a year ago...  She looked gorgeous!
Matt decided to be a BYU football player!  He loves football!
Bryan made an awesome Robin Hood!
David even dressed up this year at his office!  He was a Mafia guy, of course. :)  And Owen was Jack the Pumpkin King (said in a scary voice)!
Playing around at the school costume parade.
That is one tough Robin Hood!
After school we trick-or-treated on Main Street with Jana and her kids.  It was crowded, but fun!
Then we headed over with David to trick-or-treat on Center Street in Provo, something we've enjoyed doing in the past.
Ari won a soda at a game in front of the convention center and the boys were so jealous!
We made it home just in time to go to our ward's trunk-or-treat, and then we met Javi and Annalece down at her parents' house in Spanish Fork.
It was such a nice neighborhood to trick-or-treat in, and the best part was that one of the houses was giving out 2 liter bottles of soda to every kid!  It made the boys' night!
Bryan called it the best Halloween ever!  Hahaha. :)
